The 2018 BMW PGA Championship will be the biggest and best ever staging of this iconic spectacle of the British sporting summer. With a spectacular playing field, a championship village filled with high street retailers and entertainment for adults and kids from morning to night, there’s nowhere else to be from May 22nd to 27th.

To help you get to grips with the event and planning your perfect day out, we’ve pulled together a little cheat sheet for you (some details will be changed and added to at a later date so don’t forget to drop back and check again closer to event week).

Park & Ride – Free for all spectators

All ticket holders can use the free park and ride service, which will drop you off at the entrance to the BMW PGA Championship.

Please follow your sat-nav until you pick up the AA event signage, which will direct you to the relevant park and ride. The park and ride car parks will open from 08:00 on Tuesday and at 06:30 for Pro Am and tournament days.

Parking details for those choosing to drive public (BMW drivers should see lower down this page)

Spectators should follow the yellow AA signage which will direct you to the off-site park and ride car parks for transfer to the BMW PGA Championship.

**There will be no access to the Wentworth Estate for spectators’ vehicles, except those with valid car park labels and BMW Owners, you will be directed to the Park & Ride.

Please note: Ascot Park and Ride is closed on Tuesday 22nd May.

Sunningdale Park & Ride

Open Tuesday 22nd – Sunday 27th May

Located at Broomhall Farm, Sunningdale, SL5 0HD. This will be for spectators travelling from the SOUTH and EAST (M3, A30, M25 south and east).

Ascot Park & Ride

Open Wednesday 23rd – Sunday 27th May

Located next to Royal Ascot Racecourse, Ascot, SL5 7JX. This will be for spectators traveling from the North and West (M4, M25 north and west, London).

BMW Owners, Official Badge Holders & Pre-Paid Parking

BMW owners, official badge holders and those with pre-paid parking will be able to park on site as in previous years. If you are travelling in a BMW Group vehicle (BMW, MINI or Rolls-Royce) you do not need a car park label, just follow the event signage to the BMW Owners’ car park/car park 7 for free parking. Those who have purchased pre-paid parking will be issued in advance with a car park 8 label.

There will be clear AA signage to all car parks.

Venue Entry Points

All public who are not Official Badge Holders or don’t have Pre-Paid Parking tickets will be dropped off at our main entrance into the Championship Village. Official Badge Holders & public who have pre-paid parking will follow signs to their designated car park and there they will follow signs up to the main tournament.

Food & Beverage Locations

  • The Championship Village will offer a vast array of bar & food outlets including the theatre of food, where takeaway and dine in options are available. Refreshments and light snacks are also available on the Moët on the BMW X Rooftop & The Showstage bar.
  • Six on course food & beverage Zones located across the course. These will all have a variety of cuisines & drinks to cater for all.
    • Holes: 2nd, 5th, 7th & 10th, 12th, 14th & 17th
  • Theatre of Food located within the Championship Village. These will all have a variety of cuisines to cater for all.

Creche – Facilities for families and kids

There will be a Public Creche facility within the Championship Village managed by a qualified and experienced manager and staffed by a hand chosen team of fully qualified NNEB/NVQ level 3 certificate qualified teachers.  There is a £1 donation per child towards Diabetes UK Charity.

  • Lots of retails and exhibition units, theBoss Store, Lindt Chocolate, European Tour Official Merchandise, to let you shop and enter competitions to win great prizes all week long.

Grandstand Access

There are 4 grandstands dotted around the course giving you the best possible views of the world’s best. These are located on the 1st Tee, 14th Green, 16th Green & 18th Green.
